Villa Harmonia is a luxury villa landscape redesign located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. VM Design • Build was commissioned to create an extraordinary outdoor environment for this large-scale private estate , delivering a landscape masterplan of genuine architectural ambition that transforms the villa's grounds into a world-class resort destination.

Landscape Design
The concept follows an Organic Futurist design language, a landscape defined by sweeping curved forms, dramatic sculptural canopy structures, and a seamless flow between outdoor spaces that feels both cinematic and deeply considered. Every element of the design is composed to create a sense of arrival, movement, and discovery as one journeys through the estate.
A series of dramatic mushroom-form shade canopies, with wide, organically shaped roofs supported by slender columns, define the outdoor dining and lounge terraces, serving as the garden's most iconic architectural feature. These sculptural pavilions cast pools of shade across the terrace and pool areas, creating intimate outdoor rooms within the grandeur of the wider estate.
A generous resort-style swimming pool anchors the garden's central zone, its curved edge echoing the organic geometry of the canopy structures above. Lush perimeter planting of dense tropical trees and palms creates a complete green envelope around the estate, ensuring privacy and a strong sense of immersion in nature. A long, palm-lined arrival driveway establishes a ceremonial approach sequence, while a circular forecourt with a sculptural centerpiece completes the entrance experience.
The design is conceived to perform equally by day and night, a sophisticated exterior lighting strategy brings the canopy structures, pool, and planting to life after dark, transforming Villa Harmonia into an evening destination of exceptional atmosphere.
