Verdant Villa is a completed full-scope luxury villa renovation located in Golf Place, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai. VM Design • Build delivered this project end-to-end, from interior and landscape design through to on-site construction, producing a residence that masterfully balances bold outdoor drama with refined interior living.

Landscape Design & Build
The landscape is the defining statement of this project, a resort-caliber outdoor environment built around a spectacular wraparound infinity pool that commands panoramic views across the Golf Place greens and the Dubai Hills horizon. The pool's extraordinary feature is its integrated sunken outdoor lounge, a built-in seating zone descending directly into the pool terrace level, centered around a long linear fireplace. This architectural outdoor room blurs the boundary between water and living space, creating an immersive social destination of genuine resort quality. Clean stone paving, dark outdoor furniture, and the openness of the surrounding landscape complete an outdoor environment of exceptional ambition and execution.
