Golf Place 2, V256 is a full-scope luxury villa renovation currently under construction, located within the prestigious Golf Place 2 community, Dubai. VM Design • Build is delivering this project end-to-end, from concept design through to on-site execution, across both interior and landscape, realizing a cohesive vision of contemporary luxury living inside and out.

Interior Design
The interior concept follows a Warm Modern aesthetic, a refined palette of sandy beiges, warm taupes, and rich dark timbers, layered with premium stone cladding, textured wall panels, and bespoke joinery. Living and dining spaces are anchored by statement furniture, sculptural lighting, and carefully considered material contrasts. Bedrooms and private suites continue the restrained elegance through custom wardrobes, upholstered headboards, and precision ambient lighting, delivering a boutique residential hotel quality throughout.

Landscape Design
The outdoor spaces are conceived as a true resort extension of the home. A sleek lap pool runs the length of the garden, framed by reflective stone paving and lush tropical planting. Covered outdoor lounge and dining terraces, equipped with a linear fireplace and a slatted timber pergola, create a fully self-contained outdoor living environment. The landscape perimeter is densely planted with palms, tropical specimens, and flowering shrubs, ensuring complete privacy and a strong sense of lush seclusion.
