Nadd Al Hamar V 30 is a luxury private villa renovation project located in the established residential community of Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai. Commissioned by Mr. Massoud, VM Design • Build was engaged to deliver a comprehensive architectural and landscape redesign, transforming an existing villa into a refined, resort-calibre residence that reflects the aspirations of contemporary Gulf living.

Architectural Design
The architectural renovation reinterprets the villa's façade in a warm off-white Neo-Classical Arabic style, emphasizing regional heritage and elegance. A grand arched entrance, framed by classical mouldings and symmetrical windows, creates a ceremonial arrival. Islamic-inspired geometric screens add cultural richness without overwhelming the design's restraint. The ground floor features full-height arched glazing, merging interior and exterior, while the first-floor balcony has a delicate balustrade for light filtering and privacy. The entrance forecourt includes a sculpted water feature in a symmetrical garden, flanked by olive trees and uplighting, ensuring a prestigious approach.

Landscape Design
The landscape strategy enhances the villa's exterior with a multi-layered garden that blends tropical plants, zen zones, and resort amenities. A free-form pool surrounded by sculpted stone serves as the outdoor living area, accented by boulders and tropical flora, creating a private oasis against classical architecture. An outdoor terrace features a white marble platform with lounge seating and a dining table, complete with an outdoor cinema and bar, forming a self-contained social space. A tranquil Zen courtyard offers a meditative area with raked gravel and a floating canopy, ideal for cooler evenings. The perimeter is lushly landscaped with diverse flowering and tropical species for screening and shade.

Design Philosophy
This project exemplifies VM Design • Build's ability to navigate the intersection of cultural identity and contemporary luxury, honoring the architectural vernacular of the Arabian Gulf while delivering a living environment of international resort quality. Every element, from the sculpted façade to the layered garden rooms, has been designed to elevate the everyday experience of the home.
