Millennium V 109
BRIEF
The concept centres on a Sculptural Minimalist approach, stripping the outdoor program to its purest essentials and elevating each element to an art form. The design revolves around two organically shaped focal points: a sunken circular lounge with a continuous built-in seating bench and a central fire feature, and a freeform pool with a smooth curved edge that flows naturally from the timber deck. Both forms echo one another in shape, creating a visual dialogue that unifies the garden composition.
Warm timber decking wraps the entire outdoor level, contrasting elegantly with the stone-clad boundary walls and refined planting, a backdrop of specimen palms and dense tropical shrubs that provide privacy without disrupting the garden's serene openness. A carefully layered exterior lighting strategy brings the full drama of the design to life after dark, up lighting, edge lighting, and in-built lounge illumination combine to create an intimate, resort-calibre evening atmosphere.
