Jumeirah Park V66 is a luxury villa interior and landscape redesign located in the well-established Jumeirah Park community, Dubai. VM Design • Build was commissioned to transform the villa into a fully reimagined private residence, delivering a bold, experience-driven design across all floors and outdoor spaces.

Interior Design
The interior follows a Dark Luxury aesthetic, a dramatic palette of deep greys, smoked stone, and dark timbers, enriched by gold-tone accents, bespoke wall cladding, and precision ambient lighting. Living spaces are anchored by statement stone feature walls, sculptural furniture, and a considered layering of texture throughout. Bedrooms carry the moody refined character through custom joinery, upholstered panels, and boutique hotel-quality detailing. A dedicated car gallery, finished in dark cladding with dramatic linear lighting, elevates the home beyond the conventional, treating the client's automotive collection as a curated design installation.

Landscape & Rooftop Design
The outdoor vision centers on a spectacular rooftop entertainment destination, a circular sunken lounge with tiered seating, an integrated jacuzzi, and a hammock zone, all set against a backdrop of dense perimeter planting that creates a secluded sky-level retreat. A ground-level pool terrace flanked by tropical planting and a covered outdoor lounge completes the resort-style outdoor experience.
