JGE_Redwood 48

JGE Redwood 48 is a completed luxury villa landscape renovation in the Jumeirah Golf Estates community, Dubai. VM Design • Build delivered this project end-to-end, from landscape concept through to full on-site construction, transforming the villa's outdoor spaces into a resort-quality private garden environment.

Landscape Design
The concept adopts a Contemporary Garden aesthetic, clean hardscape, a generous pool as the centerpiece, and carefully selected planting that complements the villa's existing architecture. The pool is the defining feature of the design a large, rectangular swimming pool with pristine blue water, finished with a mosaic tile base that shifts color under natural and artificial light. Tiered stone steps lead from the garden level down to the pool deck, creating a layered spatial sequence that adds depth to the outdoor composition.
A bespoke laser-cut metal screen panel featuring an organic tree motif serves as a signature decorative element, introducing artistry and identity to the boundary wall while filtering light in a delicate, atmospheric way. Vertical illuminated fins along the pool wall create a dramatic nighttime presence, bathing the garden in warm and colored light. A pergola-covered entrance walkway and refined stone paving complete the ground-level design, establishing a composed and elegant arrival experience.
