Project Overview
Jasmine Fields is a bespoke luxury residential villa design project located in Yafour, Damascus, Syria marking VM Design • Build's expansion beyond the UAE into the broader Arab region. Commissioned as a new build, the project represents a full-scope design vision across architecture, interior, and landscape, a complete residential environment conceived from the ground up for a discerning private client.

Architectural Design
The architecture adopts a Raw Contemporary design language, a bold composition of exposed concrete planes, warm timber vertical cladding, and expansive full-height glazing. The building mass is deliberately horizontal and low-slung, with strong geometric forms and deep overhanging rooflines that create shade and shelter while defining the villa's confident, grounded character. The interplay between the raw concrete finish and the warmth of the timber creates a material tension that is both refined and organic, a residence that feels rooted in its landscape while projecting an unmistakably contemporary identity.

Interior Design
The interior follows a Warm Minimalist aesthetic, a cohesive palette of sandy beige plaster, warm timber joinery, and sage green accents that echo the natural landscape of the Damascus hills. Living spaces are generous and light-filled, with low-profile furniture, organic forms, and a restrained decorative language that prioritizes calm and quality over ornamentation. The kitchen and dining areas continue the warm neutral palette through bespoke cabinetry and stone surfaces, while bedrooms deliver a serene, boutique retreat quality through upholstered headboards and precision ambient lighting.

Landscape Design
The landscape concept responds directly to Yafour's elevated natural setting, integrating the villa's outdoor spaces into the surrounding terrain through terraced garden levels, curated planting native to the Syrian landscape, and a resort-style pool terrace that frames the panoramic views of the Damascus countryside.
