Essence Villa is a completed luxury villa landscape renovation in the prestigious Golf Place community, Dubai Hills Estate. VM Design • Build was entrusted to transform the villa's outdoor spaces into a serene, resort-style garden that integrates seamlessly with the villa's modern architecture and the surrounding golf course, delivering a landscape that functions as a true extension of the indoor living environment.

Landscape Design & Build
The design centers on an infinity swimming pool aligned with the golf course views, creating a tranquil water feature that visually extends the outdoor space into the green horizon beyond. High-quality outdoor tiling and zero-level planter walls define the spatial zones while reinforcing the villa's clean contemporary aesthetic. A bespoke sculptural pergola structure, with a sweeping, cantilevered form, provides a shaded retreat for outdoor dining and lounging, serving as the garden's architectural centerpiece.
Salt-tolerant grasses and specimen palms in raised planters ensure year-round greenery with minimal maintenance, a practical and considered planting strategy for the Dubai climate. Integrated lighting and irrigation systems highlight key landscape features and maintain the garden's health and visual impact around the clock.
The result is a functionally zoned outdoor environment, dedicated spaces for relaxation, entertainment, and leisure, designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings of Dubai Hills while delivering the quality and atmosphere of a five-star resort garden.
