Dubai Hills_Fairway 2

Dubai Hills Fairway 2 is a full-scope luxury villa renovation design located in the prestigious Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai. VM Design • Build was commissioned to reimagine the villa across all three disciplines, architecture, interior, and landscape, delivering a cohesive and ambitious transformation of this golf-facing residence.

Architectural Design
The façade redesign adopts a Dark Contemporary architectural language, a bold composition of dark perforated metal screens, warm stone cladding, and full-height glazing that creates a striking interplay of opacity and transparency. The perforated screen panels introduce a decorative geometric layer to the exterior, adding depth and visual interest while filtering light and providing privacy. A cantilevered upper floor and a clean, dark-toned entrance forecourt complete the exterior transformation, a villa that commands attention while maintaining refined architectural discipline.

Interior Design
The interior centerpiece is a dramatic double-height entrance foyer, anchored by a sculptural abstract artwork and crowned by a statement chandelier of cascading circular chrome rings that fills the void with light and artistry. Warm stone flooring, textured wall finishes, and a restrained material palette establish the tone for the spaces beyond, refined, gallery-quality, and deeply considered.

Landscape Design
The outdoor environment completes the villa's transformation, extending the architectural palette into the garden through premium hardscape, curated planting, and outdoor living zones that reflect the quality and ambition of the overall design vision.
