Dubai Hills Fairway 1 is a luxury villa interior and landscape redesign located in the prestigious Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai. VM Design • Build was commissioned to transform the villa's living spaces and outdoor environment through a cohesive, high-end design vision , creating a residence of refined contemporary elegance befitting its prime golf-facing address.

Interior Design
The interior follows a Light Marble Luxury aesthetic, a sophisticated palette of veined white and grey marble, warm taupe upholstery, and brushed gold accents, layered with bespoke joinery and precision ambient lighting throughout. The living and dining areas are anchored by statement marble feature walls, sculptural furniture, and curated art pieces that add personality and cultural depth. A fully fitted kitchen in warm two-tone cabinetry, multiple bedroom suites with custom wardrobes and upholstered headboards, dedicated dressing rooms finished in rich dark timber, and boutique-quality bathrooms in full-height stone cladding complete the interior program a seamless luxury narrative from entrance to master suite.

Landscape Design
The outdoor spaces extend the villa's refined interior character into the garden, a resort-style pool terrace, shaded outdoor lounge zones, and lush tropical planting create a private oasis that complements the villa's golf course setting and the Dubai Hills Estate's natural green surroundings.
