The redesign adopts a Contemporary Modernist architectural language, defined by strong horizontal planes, deep cantilevered rooflines, and a crisp white and dark grey material palette. Floor-to-ceiling glazing runs the full width of both floors, maximising natural light penetration and creating a seamless visual connection between the interior and the outdoor pool environment. Projecting roof overhangs and a frameless glazed entrance canopy add architectural depth and a strong sense of arrival. The façade composition is precise and confident, a residence that communicates exclusivity and design intelligence from every vantage point.

Landscape Design
The outdoor spaces are conceived as a natural extension of the architecture, a resort-style pool terrace with a generous infinity-edge pool, manicured lawn, and sun lounge deck form the centerpiece of the garden. The landscape maintains the architectural palette of white and clean stone finishes, with structured planting and specimen palms that frame the villa without competing with its bold design statement.
