Project Overview
District One V 708 is a luxury villa landscape redesign located in the prestigious District One community, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. VM Design • Build was commissioned to transform the villa's outdoor spaces into a resort-calibre private retreat, through landscape design alone, without altering the existing architecture.

Landscape Design
The concept follows a Tropical Contemporary language, layering dense tropical planting, refined stone materiality, and sculptural outdoor furniture to create a series of distinct yet connected outdoor rooms.
A rich plant palette of mature olive trees, date palms, banana palms, bird of paradise, and tropical shrubs forms a lush green envelope around the villa, ensuring privacy, shade, and a strong sense of immersion in nature.
Key spaces include a circular lounge terrace centered around a stone fire bowl beneath a mature olive tree, a sleek rectangular pool flanked by dense planting and a sculptural marble bench, and a composed entrance garden of linear stone paving and layered greenery. A carefully considered exterior lighting strategy brings each space to life after dark.
