Damac Hills V24 is a completed luxury villa landscape renovation in the prestigious Damac Hills community, Dubai. VM Design • Build delivered this project from concept design through to full on-site construction, transforming the villa's outdoor spaces into a refined, resort-calibre environment that complements the existing architecture.

Landscape Design
The concept adopts a Contemporary Minimalist landscape language, clean lines, restrained materiality, and carefully curated planting that elevate the outdoor experience without overpowering the villa's architectural character. A sleek lap pool with mosaic tile detailing anchors the garden, framed by smooth stone coping and accent lighting that brings the space to life after dark. A covered outdoor lounge with a clean-lined pergola structure creates a shaded retreat, while a linear water feature at the entrance establishes an immediate sense of arrival and calm.
The planting palette is selective and sculptural, tall palms, tropical specimens, and architectural shrubs are positioned to define space, provide privacy, and soften the hardscape. Stone-clad boundary walls with textured finishes add depth and a sense of enclosure, reinforcing the garden's intimate character. The villa's identity is announced by a bespoke illuminated entrance sign, a considered finishing touch that completes the overall design narrative.
