Landscape Design
The landscape concept responds directly to the mansion's extraordinary waterfront setting on Jumeirah Bay Island, where the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai skyline, and the Bvlgari Resort's manicured environment converge. The design prioritizes a seamless visual continuity between the residence and the water, creating outdoor spaces that feel as expansive and refined as the architecture itself.
The outdoor environment is organized around a series of resort-caliber living zones, sun terraces, shaded lounge areas, and a pool deck, all composed to maximize the panoramic views that define this one-of-a-kind location. The hardscape palette draws on premium stone finishes that complement the mansion's architectural language, while curated specimen planting provides softness, privacy, and a sense of lush enclosure without obstructing the dramatic vistas beyond.
The landscape design balances the grandeur of the setting with a refined restraint, allowing the natural theatre of Jumeirah Bay to remain the defining backdrop of the outdoor experience.
