Bvlgari Mansion 8 is a luxury villa interior and landscape redesign located on the exclusive Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai home to the world-renowned Bvlgari Resort & Residences. This project was recognized with a Houzee Award, affirming its standing as a work of exceptional design quality within the UAE's luxury residential landscape. VM Design • Build was commissioned to reimagine both the interior spaces and outdoor environment of this ultra-prestigious address.

Interior Design
The interior follows a Warm Greige Luxury aesthetic, a sophisticated, tone-on-tone palette of warm greys, taupe's, and champagne golds, layered with richly textured wall panels, sculptural stone feature walls, and precision bespoke joinery. Double-height living spaces with floor-to-ceiling glazing create an expansive, light-filled atmosphere, the architecture of the Bvlgari Mansion itself becoming part of the interior experience. A bespoke organic gold leaf feature wall anchors the formal living area, adding depth and artistry to the refined material narrative. The kitchen adopts a sleek dark tone, contrasting elegantly with the lighter living zones. Bedrooms and private suites carry the warm luxury language through custom wardrobes, upholstered headboards, and layered ambient lighting throughout.

Landscape Design
The outdoor spaces respond to the extraordinary waterfront setting of Jumeirah Bay Island, designed to frame and celebrate the panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. The landscape composition centers on a resort-calibre pool terrace, curated planting, and refined hardscape that seamlessly extend the villa's interior elegance into the outdoors.
