Al Barsha Second V37 is a completed full-scope luxury villa renovation in the established Al Barsha Second community, Dubai. VM Design • Build delivered this project end-to-end addressing significant structural challenges while simultaneously transforming the villa's architecture, interiors, and landscape into a cohesive contemporary residence of the highest standard.

Architectural Design
The original villa presented foundational structural issues that demanded intervention before any design work could proceed. VM Design • Build conducted a comprehensive structural analysis, reinforced the foundations, and redesigned the façade, transitioning the villa from its original classical style into a refined Contemporary Modern language. Clean horizontal volumes, full-height glazing, and a sleek pool-facing elevation define the transformed exterior, creating a residence that reads as entirely new while respecting the scale of the original building.

Interior Design
The interior follows a bold Dark Contemporary aesthetic, a dramatic palette of black marble feature walls, dark stone surfaces, and smoked timber joinery, balanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the spaces with natural light. The living areas are anchored by a striking central black marble wall with integrated shelving and reflective panels. A home cinema room breaks from the material palette entirely, bold orange walls, ribbed detailing, and integrated LED lighting create an immersive, cinematic atmosphere. Bathrooms are finished in textured stone with statement pendant lighting, delivering boutique hotel-quality throughout.

Landscape Design
The outdoor spaces were redesigned and built to complement the villa's transformed architecture. A sleek tiled swimming pool anchored by elegant night lighting forms the centerpiece of the garden, flanked by a bespoke water feature and refined hardscape. The landscape composition balances openness with privacy, creating an outdoor environment that extends the villa's contemporary character seamlessly beyond its walls.
