Abu Dhabi Farm House
BRIEF
Architectural Design
The architecture adopts a Contemporary Desert language, low-slung horizontal volumes with flat rooflines, warm sand-toned render, and deep overhanging canopies that respond directly to the Abu Dhabi climate. A formal gated entrance, covered carport, and composed approach sequence establish a strong sense of arrival across the estate's generous plot.
Landscape Design
The landscape masterplan transforms the surrounding grounds into a multi-zone outdoor destination. A resort-style free-form pool anchors the outdoor living area, flanked by sun terraces, a hammock lounge, and shaded seating pavilions. Palm-lined pathways, a pergola-covered walkway, and a central circular garden feature with fountain establish a refined spatial order across the estate.
Interior Design
The interior follows a Soft Luxury aesthetic, a warm, light-filled palette of creams, natural oak timbers, and veined white marble, layered with sculptural pendant lighting and bespoke joinery. Open-plan living and dining areas are anchored by statement dome pendants, organic coffee tables, and carefully curated botanical accents. The kitchen adopts a refined two-tone treatment of dark smoked timber cabinetry and stone surfaces. Master bedroom suites continue the marble and timber material story through floor-to-ceiling cladding, custom wardrobes, and a considered play of natural light throughout.
